About the Robert W. Richardson Scholarship

Robert W. Richardson, a Tri-Citian almost all his life, was said to have lived "with a song on his lips and music in his heart." When he died at age 77 on September 2, 1990, his love of music was passed along through a scholarship fund to benefit Tri-Cities-area student musicians. The annual Robert Richardson Recital concert, part of the scholarship selection process, celebrates some of the area's best student musical talent.
